Job Summary
Reporting to the SVP, Product Development this job will support the development of the organization’s products and programs while leading a team to drive the successful execution and implementation of new and expanding business, new products, the enhancement of current products and/or product growth adjacencies within current markets
Essential Functions
  • Leads the implementation of new business clinical operations, products and/or programs
  • Identifies and pursues opportunities to improve operations of products and programs to increase revenue and improve effeciencies in conjunction with the clinical and operations teams
  • Develops and manages cross-functional project plans with the implementation team
  • Responsible for leading and managing the successful execution of programmatic implementations that may occur simultaneously
  • Coordinates program and product activities with collaboration from all departments; as well as with external partners
  • Supports cross-functional product planning, modeling and forecasting efforts
  • Monitors and comminucates progress towards operational and team goals; identifies gaps and risks; and develops mitigation strategies as needed
  • Develops master plans, timelines and budget allocation for implementation
  • Ensures programs educate and motivate employees to achieve a culture of continuous improvement
  • Manages and leads a high caliber team to support successful new and expanding business clinical operations implementations, as well as product and program implementations
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Direct Reporting:
    • Reports directly to the SVP, Product Development
  • Supervisory Functions:
  • Develops and leads a high caliber team to support development, growth and implementation objectives
  • Provides guidance and support to cross-functional leaders to ensure implementations/operations are prepared to support our new products and growth plan
Position Specifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare field
    • Licensed Behavioral Health professional
  • 4-6 years of clinical operations or strategy in healthcare services
  • 4 years of experience leading matrixed and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong project and people management skills
  • 5+ years of managerial experience reporting to a senior level executive
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Several years of managerial experience reporting to a senior level executive
    • Extensive experience in implementing new healthcare products or programs
    • Specific knowledge of integrated health care systems
